After a successful stint at Triad Communication, a strategic public affairs firm based in Washington, DC, William then founded, built, and sold TM Universal, a creative advertising agency based in New York and went on to work in leadership roles at BMB and Cheil Worldwide before moving to the client side at Zee Entertainment, a global media and entertainment company spanning 173 countries and reaching 1.3 billion people and then at Jukin Media, a privately owned media network with a portfolio of owned and operated UGC brands distributed through digital, streaming, and linear reaching 250 million subscribers with 2.5 billion monthly social views and 1.1 billion monthly minutes watched across all platforms - Jukin was acquired by Trusted Media Brands. 

William is an animal advocate and supports a number of organizations including Animal Lighthouse Rescue an amazing organization focused on the sato dogs of Puerto Rico - from where he adopted his beloved Piper.

Desmond’s passion spans across advertising, graphic design, video/animation, and the increasingly virtual nature of modern life; he's constantly exploring new ways to connect with audiences.

Desmond’s diverse experience includes working with advertising giants like Publicis and McCann, as well as smaller, agile social marketing agencies. He’s brought his creative vision to life for major brands like Verizon, Adobe, and other consumer brands, transforming ideas into dynamic visual experiences that capture the essence of each client's unique story. Valeria Silvestri is the dynamic Managing Director at Whiskey Mike Kilo. Born and bred in the heart of Rome. Valeria’s journey began with a passion for drawing, but she soon discovered her true calling lay elsewhere. She pursued higher education, earning both an undergraduate degree and a master's degree focused on audio-visual production and digital marketing.

Valeria's professional path led her to the ICT sector, where she excelled in the early days of writing & producing digital & social content. She was the pioneer of driving digital communications at Telecom, the largest telecom provider in Italy and the subsequent merger and consolidation and rebranded as TIM before taking her skills to work at one of the largest political parties in Italy as the Head of Online and Digital Communications. She then segued to analyze and build the digital teams for several trade associations including some of the more influential within the technology and scientific arenas. Today, she channels her creative energy in advertising, as well as entertainment, an industry that runs deep in her family’s legacy in Italy. Scott is a visionary leader with a wealth of experience in brand building, new business development and account management, and executive leadership within the travel, leisure, and hospitality industries. His deep-seated passion for travel, which he considers the ultimate form of education, has driven a dynamic and far-reaching career across the globe.

Scott was a driving force behind the creation and phenomenal success of Event Imaging Solutions, a Kodak company. There, he led the development and management of high-performing teams that revolutionized souvenir photography at some of the world’s most iconic attractions, including Disney, Universal Studios, Top of the Rock and Legoland to name a few. His ability to orchestrate complex, large-scale operations also extended to the entertainment industry, where he forged strategic partnerships and provided premier photography services for blockbuster films such as Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and Santa Clause 1 and 2.

Scott’s expertise took him to Dubai, where he served as the Director of Digiphoto Entertainment. During his tenure, he spearheaded the company’s ambitious expansion into key markets across Singapore, Malaysia, Bahrain, and India. His leadership was crucial in establishing partnerships with world-renowned resorts and attractions, including Atlantis, The Burj Khalifa, Ski Dubai, Singapore’s Sentosa Island, Singapore Zoo, and the luxurious Mardan Palace.

Now based in the scenic state of Colorado, Scott enjoys a fulfilling life outside of work. He cherishes quality time with his family and friends, relishes his time on the golf course, and takes daily walks with his beloved rescue dog, Snoopy, affectionately nicknamed Snoop Dog.

Lisa is a dynamic creative and business professional with extensive experience in both ad agencies and leading fashion and beauty brands. Her diverse career includes significant roles at creative agencies including Nitro, Possible and CBX as well as at prestigious companies like Moroccanoil, Origins, Macy’s, Intercos, The Limited, and Bloomingdale's.

In her most recent role, Lisa served as the Liaison to the CEO and Founder of Moroccanoil, where she played a pivotal role in the company's global expansion and the strategic acquisition of Verb, an Austin-based hair care brand targeting Millennials and Gen Z.

Lisa's expertise extends to the medical aesthetics industry, where she has consulted with prominent plastic surgeons in New York and Beverly Hills, helping to drive substantial bottom-line growth through the development and expansion of private label products.

During her tenure at Intercos America, Lisa worked closely with the President of the Americas and collaborated with the CEO and Founder in Milan to successfully identify and establish a manufacturing operation in North America.

Previously, as Director of Development at Ventana Productions, Steve played a key role in building strategic alliances with major broadcast networks, corporations, and government entities. He successfully managed creative and technical teams, directing the production of broadcast and web content for high-profile clients such as Discovery Channels, National Geographic, and the Smithsonian Network.

At Mobile Video Services, Steve led marketing campaigns and strategic alliance acquisitions, leveraging digital platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube to enhance brand visibility. His tenure at MVI Post Productions saw him increase gross sales by over 35%, while overseeing the full spectrum of production services, from scripting to post-production.
